We stand behind the legendary quality of our products. Timbuk2 offers a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product. If your bag fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it at our discretion.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Stock items typically ship within 1-2 business days. For custom-made bags, please allow 5-7 business days for our San Francisco factory to handcraft your order before it is shipped.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns for unused stock items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that custom-designed bags are unique to you and are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

How do I clean and maintain my Timbuk2 bag?

We recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Do not machine wash or dry your bag, as this can damage the fabric integrity and waterproof coatings.
